India Grid Trust (NSE: INDIGRID) is the country’s first and largest Infrastructure Investment Trust (InvIT) of the power transmission sector. It is responsible for owning, running, and managing renewable energy resources as well as power transmission networks that provide dependable power across India. It offers investors an alluring cash yield, backed by AAA-rated cash flows from the long-term operating transmission and solar assets. In terms of earnings, reported a Total Income of ₹607 Crore for Q3 FY23, up from ₹580.9 Crore in the same quarter last year, a 4% increase. The majority of the total income came from revenue from customer contracts.

Consolidated Net Profit of ₹119.78 Crore, up 27% from ₹94.38 Crore in the same quarter last year. This quarter’s earnings per share are ₹1.68. The Net Asset for the Third quarter, which was calculated by deducting total liabilities from total assets, was ₹9,330.9 crore. The Outstanding Units currently stand at 700.18 and the NAV at Fair Value (per Unit) is 133.27.
