Earnings Summary Of India Grid Trust For Q2 FY23

India Grid Trust (NSE: INDIGRID) is the country’s first and largest Infrastructure Investment Trust (InvIT) of the power transmission sector. It is responsible for owning, running, and managing renewable energy resources as well as power transmission networks that provide dependable power across India. It offers investors an alluring cash yield, backed by AAA-rated cash flows from the long-term operating transmission and solar assets. In terms of earnings, reported a Total Income for Q2 FY23 of ₹595.91 Crore up from ₹559.97 Crore year on year, a growth of 6%. The Revenue from contracts with customer was a major contributor to the Total Income. 

The Consolidated Net Profit of ₹125.79 Crore, up 84% from ₹68.17 Crore in the same quarter of the previous year. The Earnings per Share is ₹1.71 for this quarter. The second quarter’s Net asset, which came from subtracting total liabilities from total assets, equaled to ₹9,473.24 Crore. Meanwhile, the Outstanding Units is 700 & NAV at Fair Value (per Unit) is ₹135.30.
