Yatra is an India Online travel company. I was incorporated on August 1, 2006. The company has its headquarter in Gurugram, Haryana, India. The products offered by this company include Flights, hotels, holidays, trains, buses. In the year 2021 yatra has entered into a partnership with with Oyo Rooms, Airbnb, and EasyMytrip to form the Confederation of Hospitality, Technology and Tourism Industry. COVID vaccination is the game changer for the Travel Industry in 2021. People are thriving more for travel.  (47%) of travelers surveyed globally are planning to travel internationally in 2021 out of which 45% are U.S. travelers. The shares are traded on NASDAQ.

Revenue of INR 450.5 million for 6M-FY22  and USD 6.1 million in Q2 FY22.

Adjusted Revenue of INR 788.7 million increased 61.4% quarter-over-quarter basis (“QoQ”) and 108.8% on a year over year basis (“YoY”).

Adjusted Revenue  from Air Ticketing  increased  by 64.9% QoQ and an increase of 100.9% YoY to INR 508.6 million (USD 6.9 million),

Adjusted Revenue  for Hotels and Packages grew 262.2% QoQ and an increase of 259.0% YoY to INR 163.5 million.

Total Gross Bookings increase  223.6% QoQ and 348.2%YoY  to INR 8,463.7 million (USD 114.1 million).

Result from operations was a loss of INR 140.0 million (USD 1.9 million).

Cashflow:

The balance of cash and cash equivalents and turn deposits on our balance sheet was about 1.855 billion. The company is targeting to improve cash and profitability in the coming quarters.

Management updates:

The company is working with bankers and lawyers in India to explore our options for an India IPO.

Launched freight business, bus, rail bookings, cab and others services recently.

 Domestic Air Passenger traffic recovered to 18.8 million passengers in the quarter ended September 30, 2021, a sequential increase of 74%.
