EBITDA stood at \u20b939 crore in Q3 and \u20b9200 crore for 9M FY26, while profit after tax (PAT) came in at \u20b933 crore and \u20b9161 crore, respectively. The company recorded its highest-ever nine-month PAT of \u20b9161 crore, marking an 18% year-on-year growth, with a PAT margin of 33% for the period. The balance sheet remained net debt-free with a positive net cash position.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Business Segment Performance<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Operationally, the existing portfolio recorded area sales of 52,204 sq. ft. in Q3 FY26 and 2,28,191 sq. ft. for 9M FY26. Booking value from this portfolio stood at \u20b9126 crore for the quarter and \u20b9588 crore for the nine months. Collections were \u20b9268 crore in Q3 and \u20b9850 crore in 9M FY26.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The post-merger portfolio reported higher traction, with area sales of 61,754 sq. ft. in Q3 and 2,93,970 sq. ft. in 9M FY26. Booking value stood at \u20b9169 crore for the quarter and \u20b9796 crore for the nine-month period. Collections were \u20b9308 crore in Q3 and \u20b91,071 crore for 9M FY26.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Commercial projects, including Marathon Futurex in Lower Parel and Marathon Millennium in Mulund, contributed strongly during the period, while residential developments delivered steady performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Network Investments and Outlook<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The company continues to focus on timely execution across projects. Monte South has secured an occupancy certificate for Tower A, while Tower B has received OC up to the 45th floor, with internal work progressing to the 62nd floor. Tower C\u2019s RCC work is complete up to the 17th floor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In Bhandup, Neovalley has completed RCC work for one wing and secured environmental clearance for an additional portion. Neopark is in advanced finishing stages, with occupancy certificate applications underway for select wings.
