For 9MFY26, PMC revenue stood at \u20b95,621.82 crore, rising 14.08% over the previous year. Segment profit in Q3FY26 was \u20b9130.18 crore compared to \u20b9116.69 crore a year ago, while 9MFY26 profit rose to \u20b9407.31 crore from \u20b9312.32 crore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Real Estate segment posted Q3 revenue of \u20b926.59 crore, up 12.38% year-on-year. However, 9MFY26 revenue declined to \u20b957.37 crore from \u20b9112.87 crore. Profitability improved sharply \u2014 Q3 segment profit surged to \u20b9102.55 crore from \u20b913.09 crore, and 9MFY26 profit climbed to \u20b9112.76 crore from \u20b938.21 crore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The EPC segment reported Q3 revenue of \u20b943.55 crore, a steep decline from \u20b9167.16 crore last year. For 9MFY26, revenue stood at \u20b9153.66 crore versus \u20b9431.86 crore. Despite the revenue contraction, EPC turned profitable, posting \u20b917.49 crore profit in Q3FY26 compared to a loss of \u20b910.38 crore last year. For 9MFY26, segment profit improved to \u20b925.96 crore from \u20b91.96 crore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Ratios &amp; Efficiency<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Employee productivity improved during the year. Revenue from operations per employee increased to \u20b94.98 crore as of December 31, 2025, from \u20b94.58 crore a year earlier. PAT per employee rose to \u20b90.41 crore from \u20b90.28 crore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Total employee strength stood at 1,174 as of December 31, 2025, compared to 1,202 a year ago. While A &amp; B category employees increased to 1,004 from 968, operative staff declined to 170 from 234.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Strategic\/Other Highlights<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>NBCC\u2019s consolidated order book stood at \u20b91,26,790 crore as on December 31, 2025 (excluding GST). NBCC accounted for \u20b91,12,640 crore, while subsidiaries contributed \u20b97,827 crore (HSCC), \u20b96,016 crore (HSCL), and \u20b9307 crore (NSL).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During Q3FY26, the company secured \u20b93,100 crore of new business. Key projects included redevelopment of Tulsi Niketan (\u20b9642.82 crore), an integrated township at Chandrapura (\u20b9498.30 crore), works at IIT Mandi (\u20b9332.99 crore), Central University of Kashmir (\u20b9340.17 crore), and Phase-II campus development of IIM Sambalpur (\u20b9179.37 crore). Project values exclude GST.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Outlook Addendum <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The order book remains robust at over \u20b91.26 lakh crore, with redevelopment and PMC mandates driving visibility. Improved productivity metrics indicate operating leverage. While EPC revenues contracted sharply, the segment returned to profitability.
