Profit after tax (PAT) grew 17.4% year-on-year to \u20b97.4 crore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Business overview<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Unicommerce provides SaaS-based ecommerce enablement solutions across inventory management, order processing, warehouse operations, shipping automation and marketing automation. Its core platforms include <strong>Uniware<\/strong> (operations automation), <strong>Shipway<\/strong> (logistics automation), and <strong>Convertway<\/strong> (marketing automation).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to company disclosures, the Uniware platform processed approximately 25\u201330% of India\u2019s dropship volumes in FY25. The company serves over 7,500 clients across India, Southeast Asia and the Middle East.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Financial performance \u2014 Q3 FY26<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Consolidated total income for Q3 FY26 stood at \u20b957.6 crore, compared with \u20b934.2 crore in Q3 FY25. Profit before tax was \u20b99.9 crore versus \u20b98.6 crore in the prior-year quarter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adjusted EBITDA margin stood at 23.8%, compared with 27.1% a year earlier. The company said the margin change largely reflected full-quarter consolidation of Shipway compared with only 15 days of consolidation in Q3 FY25.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PAT excluding non-cash amortisation related to the Shipway acquisition stood at \u20b98.2 crore, reflecting 24.9% year-on-year growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Nine-month performance (9M FY26)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>For the nine months ended December 31, 2025, consolidated revenue increased 70.6% year-on-year to \u20b9152.7 crore, while adjusted EBITDA rose 75.8% to \u20b934.3 crore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PAT increased 19.5% to \u20b917.1 crore, or \u20b921.1 crore excluding amortisation impacts. The company noted that nine-month adjusted EBITDA already exceeded full-year FY25 levels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Operating performance and platform growth<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Uniware reported 8.1% year-on-year revenue growth in Q3 FY26, supported by more than 110 enterprise client additions during the quarter. Shipway and Convertway recorded a 37.8% rise in annualised revenue run-rate to around \u20b9100 crore, compared with \u20b971 crore in Q4 FY25.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The company launched multiple AI features, including <strong>Catalyst AI Voice Agent<\/strong>, <strong>UniBot AI Assistant<\/strong>, and <strong>ShipSense AI<\/strong>, aimed at improving automation, conversion efficiency, and shipment allocation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Strategic developments<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Management highlighted the company\u2019s shift from \u201cAI-enabled\u201d to \u201cAI-first,\u201d embedding AI into operational workflows across its product suite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the quarter, the company expanded revenue opportunities through modules such as UniReco (payment reconciliation) and UniCapture (shipment video management), alongside new logistics offerings like Shipway Cargo for B2B shipments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Profitability and cost structure<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Management said improved profitability reflected operating leverage, disciplined cost management and AI-led efficiencies.
