EBITDA stood at Rs. 965 crore versus Rs. 762 crore last year, after accounting for Rs. 124 crore Apollo 24\/7 costs including a Rs. 38 crore non-cash ESOP charge\u2014down from Rs. 141 crore prior year. Reported PAT rose to Rs. 502 crore from Rs. 372 crore, with diluted EPS at Rs. 34.94 per share (not annualized). Apollo 24\/7 GMV hit Rs. 525 crore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Healthcare Services Strength<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The core healthcare services segment reported Rs. 3,183 crore revenue, a 14% YoY increase from Rs. 2,785 crore. EBITDA grew 18% to Rs. 790 crore from Rs. 671 crore, lifting margins to 24.8%. PAT advanced 21% to Rs. 422 crore from Rs. 348 crore. As of December 31, 2025, the network operated 8,072 beds (excluding AHLL and managed beds) at 67% occupancy, slightly below last year&#8217;s 68%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Apollo Health and Lifestyle Limited Update<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>AHLL revenue climbed 20% YoY to Rs. 467 crore from Rs. 390 crore. EBITDA surged 39% to Rs. 48 crore, improving margins to 10.2% from prior levels. PAT loss narrowed to Rs. 6 crore versus Rs. 8 crore in Q3 FY25. Breakdown shows diagnostics at Rs. 177 crore, primary care at Rs. 128 crore, and specialty care at Rs. 184 crore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Apollo HealthCo Performance<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>HealthCo revenue expanded 20% to Rs. 2,827 crore from Rs. 2,352 crore. EBITDA jumped to Rs. 128 crore from Rs. 57 crore, with margins at 4.5%. PAT more than doubled to Rs. 87 crore from Rs. 32 crore. Offline pharmacy drove Rs. 2,511 crore (up from Rs. 2,079 crore), while digital platforms contributed Rs. 316 crore (from Rs. 274 crore). The company added 185 net new stores, reaching 7,113 total.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Regional Hospital Insights<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Tamil Nadu revenue grew 14% with 6% IP volume rise and 9% ARPP increase to Rs. 2,02,804; occupancy held at 68% across 1,355 beds. AP-Telangana saw 16% revenue growth, 12% IP uptick, and 6% ARPP gain to Rs. 1,91,456 at 65% occupancy. Karnataka revenue rose 16% on 18% ARPP growth to Rs. 1,91,388 despite 1% IP dip, at 67% occupancy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eastern region advanced 15% with 6% IP growth and 10% ARPP to Rs. 1,54,408 at 76% occupancy. Western grew 17% with 6% IP and 12% ARPP to Rs. 1,66,264, though occupancy fell to 51%. Northern region revenue increased 12% on 16% ARPP to Rs. 1,75,836 but 4% IP decline, at 67% occupancy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">YTD December FY26 Highlights<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Consolidated YTD revenue hit Rs. 18,623 crore, up 15% from Rs. 16,202 crore. EBITDA reached Rs. 2,758 crore after Rs. 371 crore Apollo 24\/7 costs (including Rs. 95 crore ESOP) versus Rs. 425 crore prior year. PAT grew to Rs. 1,412 crore from Rs. 1,056 crore, with diluted EPS at Rs. 98.23. Apollo 24\/7 GMV totaled Rs. 1,508 crore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Healthcare services YTD revenue rose 12% to Rs. 9,287 crore, EBITDA 14% to Rs. 2,289 crore (24.6% margins), and PAT 17% to Rs. 1,216 crore. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>AHLL YTD revenue gained 19% to Rs. 1,376 crore, EBITDA 29% to Rs. 138 crore (10.0% margins), with PAT loss at Rs. 20 crore versus Rs. 23 crore. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>HealthCo YTD revenue surged 19% to Rs. 7,960 crore, EBITDA to Rs. 332 crore (4.2% margins), and PAT to Rs. 217 crore from Rs. 38 crore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Clinical and Expansion Milestones<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Apollo achieved breakthroughs like gene therapy for Spinal Muscular Atrophy at Apollo Children\u2019s Chennai, Tamil Nadu\u2019s first dual-chamber leadless pacemaker, and a Parkinson\u2019s DBS center.
