Operating EBITDA increased to \u20b9247 crore from \u20b9162 crore year-on-year. Adjusted profit after tax stood at \u20b984 crore, compared with \u20b937 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For the nine months ended Dec. 31, 2025, consolidated revenue increased to \u20b98,039 crore from \u20b96,219 crore a year earlier. Operating EBITDA rose to \u20b9608 crore from \u20b9482 crore. Adjusted profit after tax for the nine-month period stood at \u20b9158 crore, compared with \u20b9133 crore in the prior-year period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Segment performance<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Consumer Durables:<\/strong><br>The consumer durables division reported quarterly revenue of \u20b91,971 crore, reflecting year-on-year growth. The segment continued to generate revenue from room air-conditioner components, finished goods, and sub-assemblies, with operations spanning multiple product verticals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Electronics:<\/strong><br>The electronics division recorded quarterly revenue of \u20b9845 crore, representing a significant year-on-year increase. Operating EBITDA for the segment rose sharply on a year-on-year basis. The division\u2019s activities include PCB assembly, bare PCB manufacturing, and box-build solutions, with contributions from recently acquired businesses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Railway Sub-systems and Defence:<\/strong><br>The railway sub-systems and defence division reported quarterly revenue of \u20b9127 crore, marking year-on-year growth. The segment continued to supply components such as couplers, pantographs, brakes, HVAC systems, and other railway sub-systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Full-year context<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>For the nine-month period, revenue increased across all operating divisions compared with the same period last year. Consolidated operating margins remained broadly stable. Profitability improved on a year-on-year basis for both the quarter and the nine-month period. Land allotments were secured in the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority region for setting up new manufacturing facilities. Construction and capacity expansion activities continued at multiple electronics manufacturing locations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>M&amp;A and strategic actions<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Amber completed the acquisition of an 80% stake in Shogini Technoarts Pvt. Ltd., a printed circuit board manufacturer, during the quarter. The company also increased its stake in Unitronics, an industrial automation solutions provider, to approximately 45.5%.
