Excluding the one-off item, underlying profitability was lower, reflecting normal execution margins across EPC and asset monetisation activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On a standalone basis, <strong>revenue from operations was \u20b91,718 crore<\/strong>, <strong>EBITDA was \u20b9179 crore<\/strong> with a <strong>10.42% margin<\/strong>, and <strong>profit after tax stood at \u20b9611 crore<\/strong> for Q3 FY26.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nine-month FY26 performance<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>For the nine months ended Dec. 31, 2025, DBL reported <strong>consolidated revenue from operations of \u20b96,684 crore<\/strong>, compared with <strong>\u20b98,221 crore<\/strong> in the year-ago period. <strong>EBITDA for 9M FY26 was \u20b91,373 crore<\/strong>, with a margin of <strong>20.54%<\/strong>. <strong>Profit after tax stood at \u20b91,275 crore<\/strong> for the nine-month period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On a standalone basis, <strong>9M FY26 revenue from operations was \u20b95,145 crore<\/strong>, <strong>EBITDA was \u20b9535 crore<\/strong> with a <strong>10.40% margin<\/strong>, and <strong>profit after tax was \u20b9775 crore<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Record order book and diversification<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>As of Dec. 31, 2025, DBL\u2019s <strong>consolidated order book stood at about \u20b929,372 crore<\/strong>, the highest level in the company\u2019s history. The order book is diversified across <strong>roads and highways, irrigation, metro rail, water supply, tunnels, mining and other infrastructure segments<\/strong>, providing revenue visibility for upcoming quarters. Management said tendering activity improved following the conclusion of elections, supporting order inflows beyond initial FY26 guidance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Asset monetisation and InvIT platform<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>During the quarter, DBL announced the <strong>listing of Anantam Highways InvIT<\/strong> on both the NSE and BSE. The InvIT is backed by DBL and Alpha Alternatives, with DBL contributing assets and retaining a majority stake. The platform is intended to enable <strong>capital recycling<\/strong>, support balance-sheet optimisation and create <strong>long-duration, asset-backed cash flows<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Balance sheet and capital discipline<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Management highlighted a sustained focus on <strong>deleveraging<\/strong>, with net debt significantly lower than earlier peaks. Annual capex has been maintained at around <strong>\u20b9100 crore<\/strong>, reflecting a maintenance-led investment approach. The company also reported reductions in employee strength as part of a broader efficiency drive aimed at improving free cash flow generation and return metrics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Outlook<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The company said it will continue to prioritise <strong>margin-accretive EPC projects<\/strong>, scale <strong>asset-led platforms<\/strong> across HAM, InvITs, renewables and mining, and maintain <strong>strict bidding discipline<\/strong>.
