Revenue from operations increased <strong>93% year on year to \u20b9224 crore<\/strong> in Q3 FY26.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>EBITDA for the quarter stood at \u20b979 crore<\/strong>, with an <strong>EBITDA margin of 35.5%<\/strong>. <strong>Profit after tax increased to \u20b970 crore<\/strong>, reflecting operating leverage from higher sales velocity. Collections for the quarter were <strong>\u20b979 crore<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The company said recently launched projects, The Arcadian (Juhu) and Lotus Amalfi (Versova), scaled rapidly, achieving <strong>34% and 45% pre-sales<\/strong>, respectively, within four months of launch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Nine-month FY26 results<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>For the nine months ended Dec. 31, 2025, <strong>pre-sales totalled \u20b9695 crore<\/strong>. Revenue from operations reached <strong>\u20b9461 crore<\/strong>. <strong>EBITDA was \u20b9159 crore<\/strong>, with an <strong>EBITDA margin of 34.5%<\/strong>. <strong>Profit after tax for the period stood at \u20b9142 crore<\/strong>. Collections over the nine-month period were <strong>\u20b9142 crore<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The company reiterated its FY26 guidance of <strong>\u20b91,100\u20131,300 crore in pre-sales<\/strong>, with <strong>75%\u201385% year-on-year revenue growth<\/strong> and <strong>30%\u201335% growth in profit after tax<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Project launches and development pipeline<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>During Q3 FY26, Sri Lotus Developers launched <strong>Project Varun (Bandra)<\/strong> with a saleable carpet area of about <strong>0.32 lakh sq. ft.<\/strong> and an estimated gross development value (GDV) of <strong>\u20b9430\u2013450 crore<\/strong>. Two additional residential launches are planned in Q4 FY26: <strong>Lotus Aquaria (Prabhadevi)<\/strong> and <strong>Lotus Celestia (Versova)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The company added <strong>eight new projects during FY26<\/strong> with an aggregate estimated GDV of <strong>\u20b97,500\u20138,500 crore<\/strong>. In January 2026, it signed its largest development agreement in the GIFT City area, covering more than <strong>1 million sq. ft. of carpet area<\/strong> with an estimated GDV of <strong>\u20b92,000\u20132,200 crore<\/strong>. The mixed-use project will include premium retail, Grade-A commercial offices and high-end residential units, with expected commencement in Q1 FY28 and completion by FY31.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Portfolio and balance sheet<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Sri Lotus Developers follows an <strong>asset-light model<\/strong>, with the majority of projects undertaken through redevelopment and joint development agreements. The company reported a <strong>net cash balance of about \u20b9845 crore as of December 2025<\/strong>, and stated that it remains net debt free. The developer focuses on luxury and ultra-luxury residential projects in Mumbai\u2019s western suburbs, where sales velocity and pricing remain strong.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Market positioning<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The company\u2019s average selling price in its core micro-markets was cited at around <strong>\u20b961,000 per sq. ft.<\/strong> in FY25, reflecting a premium positioning. Management highlighted rapid project execution, with several completed developments delivered <strong>12\u201324 months ahead of RERA timelines<\/strong>, supporting customer confidence and faster monetisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Summary<\/strong> <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Sri Lotus Developers posted sharp growth in pre-sales and revenue in Q3 FY26, supported by successful new launches and strong demand in Mumbai\u2019s premium residential micro-markets.
