The company focuses on high-acuity treatments, medical value travel and selective capacity expansion across India.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Key Financial Updates &#8211; Q3 &amp; 9M 2025<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>For the quarter ended December 31, 2025, the company\u2019s consolidated revenue from operations rose 17.2% year-on-year to \u20b927,235 lakh.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Net profit increased 7.9% to \u20b92,223 lakh, Artemis said in a statement. Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) grew 12.5% to \u20b95,203 lakh.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The company attributed the performance to a favorable case and payer mix, higher international patient inflows and continued operational efficiencies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Revenue from overseas patients surged 34.9% to \u20b98,750 lakh during the quarter and accounted for 34% of net revenue, underscoring the hospital\u2019s growing exposure to medical value travel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For the first nine months of FY26, consolidated revenue from operations rose 15.1% to \u20b980,202 lakh, while net profit jumped 23.9% to \u20b97,343 lakh. EBITDA increased to \u20b915,862 lakh from \u20b913,654 lakh in the same period last year.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"640\" src=\"https:\/\/alphastreet.com\/india\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Artemis_Q3_9M_FY26_Infographic-1024x640.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-179239\" srcset=\"https:\/\/alphastreet.com\/india\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Artemis_Q3_9M_FY26_Infographic-1024x640.png 1024w, https:\/\/alphastreet.com\/india\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Artemis_Q3_9M_FY26_Infographic-300x188.png 300w, https:\/\/alphastreet.com\/india\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Artemis_Q3_9M_FY26_Infographic-768x480.png 768w, https:\/\/alphastreet.com\/india\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Artemis_Q3_9M_FY26_Infographic-1536x960.png 1536w, https:\/\/alphastreet.com\/india\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Artemis_Q3_9M_FY26_Infographic.png 1600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Hospital-level Performance<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>At its flagship Artemis Hospital in Gurugram, revenue from operations climbed 20.2% year-on-year to \u20b926,092 lakh in the December quarter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>EBITDA stood at \u20b95,200 lakh compared with \u20b94,642 lakh a year earlier, while profit after tax (PAT) rose marginally to \u20b92,499 lakh.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Average revenue per occupied bed (ARPOB) increased to \u20b984,100 from \u20b976,485, reflecting higher acuity procedures and improved pricing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bed occupancy remained stable at 62.0%, while the average length of stay declined slightly to 3.6 days from 3.7 days.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Revenue from overseas patients surged 34.9% to \u20b98,750 lakh during the quarter and accounted for 34% of net revenue, underscoring the hospital\u2019s growing exposure to medical value travel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Other Key Metrics<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>For the first nine months of FY26, consolidated revenue from operations rose 15.1% to \u20b980,202 lakh, while net profit jumped 23.9% to \u20b97,343 lakh.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>EBITDA increased to \u20b915,862 lakh from \u20b913,654 lakh in the same period last year.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At the Gurugram hospital level, revenue grew 17.5% to \u20b976,277 lakh, EBITDA rose to \u20b915,981 lakh, and PAT increased 13.6% to \u20b98,200 lakh.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ARPOB improved to \u20b981,711, while bed utilization averaged 62.4% during the nine-month period.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Overseas patient revenue for the nine months rose 32.2% to \u20b924,042 lakh and contributed about 32% to net revenue, the company said.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Management Commentary<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Chairman Onkar Kanwar said the company\u2019s performance reflected sustained momentum in FY26, supported by disciplined execution, cost management and a focus on clinical quality.
