The company delivered double-digit revenue growth and a sharp improvement in operating profitability during the peak festive season. Revenue from services rose 18% year on year to \u20b92,798 crore, and increased 10% sequentially. Express Parcel volumes reached 295 million shipments, up 43% year on year. Part-Truckload volumes crossed 500,000 metric tonnes for the first time, growing 23% year on year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Service EBITDA margins in the transport segment expanded to 16.4%, compared with 12.8% a year earlier. Adjusted EBITDA rose to \u20b9147 crore, a 227% year-on-year increase, representing a margin of 5.3%. Profit after tax stood at \u20b940 crore after integration costs and exceptional items, and \u20b9110 crore before these adjustments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The sharp rise in adjusted EBITDA and margin expansion in transport services signal improved operating efficiency at higher volumes. The company indicated that quarterly adjusted EBITDA was at a level comparable to the full-year FY25 outcome.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
