Nine-month EBITDA grew 77% year-over-year to \u20b9207 crore, with the EBITDA margin expanding from 18% in 9M FY25 to 26%. PAT for the nine-month period rose to \u20b9139 crore. Nine-month pre-sales performance reached \u20b92,093 crore, marking a 26% increase from \u20b91,661 crore in 9M FY25. Total collections for the period reached \u20b91,001 crore. The net operating cash flow surplus for 9M FY26 was \u20b9349 crore, up from \u20b9312 crore in the prior year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Business and Operations Update<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>SRL acquired a 1.75-acre land parcel in Andheri, Mumbai, with an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of \u20b925 billion. This is the third addition to the development portfolio in the current financial year, joining a redevelopment project in Andheri and a project on Mira Road. The combined estimated GDV for these three acquisitions is approximately \u20b950 billion. SRL maintains a net debt-to-equity ratio of 0.07x as of December 31, 2025.
