Revenue rose from \u20b91,460.3 crore in the corresponding quarter a year earlier, while profit was broadly stable compared with \u20b9617.8 crore in Q3 FY25. For the nine months ended December 2025, consolidated revenue stood at <strong>\u20b94,480.6 crore<\/strong> and profit after tax at <strong>\u20b91,803.0 crore<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Business Overview<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Oberoi Realty operates across residential, commercial office, retail, hospitality, and social infrastructure segments, with a primary geographic focus on Mumbai. Revenue from operations in Q3 FY26 comprised residential development, rental income from office and retail assets, hospitality, property management services, and other operating income.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Financial Performance<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Total income for Q3 FY26 was \u20b91,561.7 crore compared with \u20b91,460.3 crore in Q3 FY25 and \u20b91,844.8 crore in Q2 FY26. Gross debt-to-equity was 0.17 at the end of December 2025, compared with 0.23 a year earlier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Operating Metrics<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Revenue from projects in Q3 FY26 was \u20b9110,412 lakh, rental income was \u20b930,000 lakh, and hospitality revenue was \u20b95,550 lakh. Property management revenue was \u20b92,934 lakh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Investment properties recorded operating revenue of \u20b928,436 lakh and EBITDA of \u20b926,259 lakh, with an EBITDA margin of 92%. Office assets reported occupancy of 92%, retail assets 69%, and hospitality assets 78% during the quarter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Key Developments<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The company stated that residential, commercial, and retail businesses recorded steady activity during the quarter, supported by ongoing demand across segments.
