Q2 FY26 Earnings Summary (Jul\u2013Sep 2025)<\/h2>\n

Consolidated revenue stood at \u20b94,779 crore, up 5.29% year on year from \u20b94,539 crore.
\nTotal expenses rose 4.38% to \u20b94,456 crore compared to \u20b94,269 crore year on year.
\nConsolidated Net Profit increased 18.66% to \u20b9318 crore from \u20b9268 crore in the same quarter last year.
\nEarnings Per Share (EPS) rose 18.93% to \u20b95.09 from \u20b94.28 year on year.<\/p>\n

Operational and Business Highlights<\/h2>\n

The company reported strong revenue growth in cables and switchgears segments, with cables rising 12.4% and switchgears 8%, driven by improved operational efficiencies and market penetration.
\nThe electrical consumer durables segment saw a slight decline primarily due to weak demand in fans and air coolers, while the Lloyd Consumer business declined 18.5% due to seasonality and inventory adjustments.
\nHavells made strategic investments including \u20b9600 crore in Goldi Solar to expand its footprint in renewable energy solutions.<\/p>\n
