Presenting below its Q2 FY26 Earnings Results.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Q2 FY26 Earnings Results<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>JFSL reported revenues of \u20b9981 crore for Q1 FY26, a significant year-on-year increase of 41.35% from \u20b9694 crore. Total expenses rose sharply by 199.32% to \u20b9437 crore from \u20b9146 crore, largely due to increased investments and operational costs. The consolidated net profit was \u20b9695 crore, showing a marginal rise of 0.87% from \u20b9689 crore during the same period last year. Earnings per share (EPS) grew slightly to \u20b91.09 from \u20b91.08.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Operational &amp; Strategic Update<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>The revenue <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bseindia.com\/xml-data\/corpfiling\/AttachLive\/4c99e8cf-b63b-4718-a8dd-8481874b6ecc.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">growth<\/a> was primarily driven by strong performance across lending and payment businesses.<\/li>\n<li>JFSL acquired a 14.96% stake in Jio Payments Bank Ltd from SBI, making it a wholly-owned subsidiary, which had 2.58 million customers and a deposit base of \u20b9358 crore as of June 2025.<\/li>\n<li>The company made significant investments in payments and financial services platforms to scale operations and expand customer reach.<\/li>\n<li>Assets under management (AUM) for Jio Credit Limited stood at \u20b911,665 crore, showing robust growth from \u20b9217 crore a year prior.<\/li>\n<li>JFSL expanded its physical presence to 11 cities and is investing in AI-powered fintech innovations and digital financial services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Outlook<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Jio Financial Services aims to leverage its expanding ecosystem and strong capital base to drive growth in retail financial services, payments, and lending.
