Total expenses were <strong>\u20b91,059 crore<\/strong>, up <strong>10.43% year-on-year<\/strong>, primarily due to higher procurement and logistics costs. The company\u2019s <strong>consolidated net profit<\/strong> stood at <strong>\u20b951 crore<\/strong>, a modest increase of <strong>4.08%<\/strong>, compared with \u20b949 crore in the same quarter last year. Correspondingly, <strong>earnings per share (EPS)<\/strong> improved to <strong>\u20b95.50<\/strong>, up <strong>4.96% year-on-year<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Operational &amp; Strategic Update<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Record Revenue Performance:<\/strong> Heritage achieved <strong>its highest-ever quarterly revenue<\/strong>, reaching \u20b91,136.8 crore, reflecting solid demand in core dairy categories despite weather challenges that impacted summer product sales like ice cream and buttermilk.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Procurement &amp; Supply Chain:<\/strong> Milk procurement volumes increased <strong>9.9% YoY<\/strong> to <strong>17.8 lakh liters per day (LLPD)<\/strong>, backed by deeper farmer engagement. Milk sales volumes rose <strong>2.8% YoY<\/strong> to <strong>11.6 LLPD<\/strong>, with <strong>average realization per liter improving by 2.9%<\/strong> year-on-year.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Value-Added Products (VAP):<\/strong> Revenue from VAP grew <strong>5.5% YoY<\/strong> to approximately \u20b9403 crore, driven by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bseindia.com\/xml-data\/corpfiling\/AttachLive\/c7809c4b-82e0-497d-81e1-77760792b2e9.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">growth<\/a> in ghee, paneer, and butter categories.
