Companies\u2019 Key Highlights For Q1<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n

Rout Mobile has recently made a direct agreement with one of the world’s largest companies dealing with online shopping and cloud services. This deal is about providing communication services across 10 countries, including India. The company is also in the final stages of discussion for some big contracts related to internet security. They plan to give us an update on these contracts sometime this quarter.<\/p>\n

In India, Rout Mobile is growing its market presence significantly, and the amount of data being transmitted within the country has notably increased in the past quarter. They’re planning to increase the prices for certain network services starting from August 1st, which is expected to drive the Revenue.<\/p>\n

Regarding a recent development, the main shareholders and their associated group at Route Mobile Limited have agreed to sell their shares to a company named Proximus Opal and Proximus SA. This means that Proximus will now own a big portion of the company, specifically 57.56% of the total voting shares. After this ownership change, some of the original founders of Route Mobile will invest around \u20ac299.6 million to own a smaller part (up to 14.5%) of Proximus Opal. This investment shows that Telesign, a company worth \u20ac1.4 billion, is valued highly. Proximus is a big mobile network company from Belgium.
