Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels:<\/strong> Keys Select is a mid-scale brand that offers a contemporary and hassle-free stay experience. These hotels provide well-appointed rooms, modern facilities, and personalized service to ensure guest satisfaction. The brand operates around 11 hotels, offering approximately 1,223 rooms that are well-appointed and equipped with modern amenities.<\/p>\n

Keys Prima by Lemon Tree Hotels:<\/strong> Keys Prima is an upscale brand that offers a curated experience for both business and leisure travelers. It focuses on providing warm hospitality, comfortable accommodations, and personalized services to ensure a memorable stay. It has 82 rooms in 2 hotels.<\/p>\n

Aurika Hotels & Resorts:<\/strong> Aurika Hotels & Resorts is a luxury brand under the umbrella of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited. It offers exquisite properties located in scenic destinations, providing a serene and opulent experience to guests. Aurika Hotels & Resorts boast elegant architecture, luxurious accommodations, gourmet dining options, and world-class amenities. The brand currently operates 2 hotels with around 194 rooms.<\/p>\n

Company\u2019s Hotels In Pipeline<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n

The management added 538 new rooms to the pipeline during the quarter by signing 9 new management and franchise contracts. As of the end of March 2023, company had 42 hotels totaling 3,300 rooms in the pipeline and 88 hotels totaling 8,400 rooms in our operational inventory. With a total of 2,086 rooms, 32 of these hotels are under the company’s premium Lemon Tree brand. 31 of the 32 hotels in the pipeline are managed or franchised, with the remaining one owned by the company. In addition, the company will open 2, 1, and 4 hotels under the Lemon Tree Premier, Keys Select, and Keys Lite brands, respectively. There will be 285 rooms total across these three brands. However, all of these hotels will be managed or franchised.
