Adani Transmission, reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 478 crore for the quarter ending December 31, 2022, a 73% increase from the year-ago period, due to a one-time income of Rs 240 crore from a regulatory order. The company’s revenue increased by 16% to Rs 3,037 crore during the same period. Adani Transmission’s operational EBITDA stood at Rs 1,318 crore, and its cash profit surged by 34% to Rs 955 crore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For the first nine months of the fiscal year, the company’s revenue increased by 20% to Rs 9,117 crore, while its operational EBITDA and EBITDA grew by 10% and 7% respectively. Adani Transmission’s cumulative transmission network is 18,795 ckm, of which 15,371 ckm are operational, and 3,424 ckm are at various stages of construction. It also operates a distribution business, serving over 12 million consumers in Mumbai and Mundra SEZ. The company is pursuing disciplined growth with strategic and operational de-risking, capital conservation, ensuring high credit quality, and business excellence with high governance standards. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
