Wipro Q2 FY26 Earnings Results

Wipro Ltd is a global Information technology, consulting and business process services (BPS) company. Presenting below are its Q2 FY26 earnings results.

 

Q2 FY26 Earnings Results

  • Revenue from Operations: ₹22,697 crore, up 1.7% YoY from ₹22,302 crore and up 2.5% QoQ from ₹22,135 crore in Q1 FY26.

  • Net Profit (PAT): ₹3,262 crore, up 1.08% YoY from ₹3,208 crore; down 2.5% QoQ from ₹3,330 crore in Q1 FY26.

  • EPS: ₹3.1, up 1% YoY.

  • Gross Revenue (USD): $2,556.6 million, up 1.8% YoY.

  • IT Services Revenue: $2,604.3 million, up 0.7% QoQ, down 2.1% YoY.

  • Operating Margin (IT Services): 16.7%, down 10 bps QoQ but up 40 bps YoY; adjusted for one-time charge, margin at 17.2%.

  • Operating Cash Flow: ₹3,390 crore, 103.8% of net income.

  • Total Bookings: $4.7 billion, up 30.9% YoY.

  • Large Deal Wins: $2.85 billion, up 6.7% QoQ and 90.5% YoY in constant currency terms.

  • Voluntary Attrition: 14.9% (12-month basis).

  • Guidance for Q3 FY26: IT services revenue expected between $2,591–$2,644 million, implying -0.5% to +1.5% sequential growth (constant currency).

  • Dividend: Interim dividend of ₹1/share declared for FY26.

  • Srini Pallia (CEO & MD):
    “Our revenue momentum is strengthening, with Europe and APMEA returning to growth and operating margins holding steady. Bookings surpassed $9.5 billion for H1 FY26. We remain resilient, adaptive, and committed to scaling clients in an AI-first world through Wipro Intelligence”.

  • Aparna Iyer (CFO):
    Emphasized disciplined cost management and solid cash conversion, with operating cash flow at 104% of net income and steady margin control despite macro challenges.

  • Strategic Update:
    The company is leading GenAI-driven transformation through its new Wipro Intelligence platform, leveraging domain partnerships and digital investments.
    Recent announcement of Harman Digital Transformation Solutions acquisition, set to enhance AI and cloud capabilities in 2026, is not factored into Q3 projections.

  • Revenue: ₹22,135 crore, up 0.7% YoY.

  • Net Profit: ₹3,330 crore, up 10.9% YoY.

  • Operating Margin: 17.3%, up 80 bps YoY.

  • Large Deal Wins: $2.7 billion; overall deal bookings $5 billion for the quarter.

  • Dividend: ₹5 per share announced in Q1 FY26.
