It was founded in 1985 in Patna, India, by Ravindra Kishore Sinha and is now led by his son Rituraj Kishore Sinha as Group Managing Director. Operates in India and internationally in countries like Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore.

Financial Results – Q3 FY26

Revenue from operations was ₹4,185.2 crore, up 24.5% year-on-year. Operating EBITDA was ₹196.3 crore, up 25.2% YoY (margin of 4.7%). Operating PAT (Profit After Tax) was ₹100.8 crore, nearly flat YoY, slightly lower due to one-off impacts such as labor code changes and acquisition costs).

Segment Performance

Security Solutions India reported revenue of ₹1,898 crore, strong YoY & QoQ growth. Security Solutions International had revenue of ₹1,670 crore, steady expansion. Facility Management Solutions had revenue of ₹636 crore, continued growth.

Financial Position

ROCE (Return on Capital Employed) was 15.2%. Net debt to EBITDA was 1.25. Cash Conversion was 140.5% of EBITDA.

Security Solutions India

This business continued its growth momentum with 33.7% YoY growth and 23.0% QoQ growth in revenue for the quarter and reached ₹1,898 crore. Major wins during the quarter came from E-commerce, Education, Media and Entertainment. Operating EBITDA margin (post-acquisition) was at 5.2% in Q3 FY26, compared to 5.5% in Q3 FY25.

Security Solutions International

This business recorded a revenue of ₹1,670 crore for the quarter, which is a 20.8% YoY growth (13.8% in constant currency) and 3.9% QoQ growth (1.5% in constant currency). This growth was primarily driven by new wins in the Steel, and Aviation sectors. The EBITDA margins improved to 3.8% from 3.3% in Q2 FY26. 

Facility Management Solutions

This segment continued its growth momentum with 10.3% revenue growth YoY and 1.0% growth QoQ for the quarter, reaching revenues of ₹636 crore for the quarter. Major wins during the quarter came from Real Estate, Automotive, BFSI and Oil & Gas. The EBITDA margin for Q3 FY26 increased to 5.4% from 4.6% in Q3 FY25, driven by margin improvement initiatives.
