Financial Performance

Revenue Growth:
Shri Vasu Logistics reported revenue from operations of INR 3,372.95 lakh for Q1 FY25, up 15.6% from INR 2,918.53 lakh in Q1 FY24 and 8.1% from INR 3,118.88 lakh in Q4 FY24. This growth was driven by strong performance in both the 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) and retail trading segments.

Other Income:
Other income for the quarter was INR 49.60 lakh, significantly higher than INR 9.06 lakh in Q4 FY24 and INR 24.49 lakh in Q1 FY24, contributing positively to the total income.

Total Income:
Total income for Q1 FY25 stood at INR 3,422.55 lakh, marking a 9% increase from INR 3,143.37 lakh in Q4 FY24 and a 16.3% increase from INR 2,927.59 lakh in Q1 FY24.


Profit Before Tax (PBT):
The company reported a profit before tax of INR 99.56 lakh, a substantial increase from INR 19.44 lakh in Q1 FY24 and INR 96.62 lakh in Q4 FY24, indicating strong operational performance.

Net Profit:
Profit after tax for Q1 FY25 was INR 74.57 lakh, showing a significant rise compared to INR 19.86 lakh in Q1 FY24 and INR 72.65 lakh in Q4 FY24.

Earnings Per Share (EPS):
The basic and diluted earnings per share for Q1 FY25 were INR 0.65, up from INR 0.17 in Q1 FY24 and consistent with INR 0.63 in Q4 FY24.


Segment Performance

3PL Business:
Revenue from the 3PL segment was INR 2,979.56 lakh, up 12.8% from INR 2,642.22 lakh in Q1 FY24 and 7.4% from INR 2,775.40 lakh in Q4 FY24. The segment contributed a profit of INR 244.16 lakh, reflecting robust demand and efficient operations.

Retail Trading Business:
The retail trading segment generated revenue of INR 393.39 lakh, increasing 42.4% from INR 276.31 lakh in Q1 FY24 and 14.5% from INR 343.48 lakh in Q4 FY24. However, the segment reported a loss of INR 15.33 lakh, showing a reduction in losses compared to INR 34.43 lakh in Q4 FY24.


Operational Highlights

Operating Expenses:
Operating expenses for Q1 FY25 were INR 1,608.06 lakh, relatively stable compared to INR 1,567.55 lakh in Q1 FY24 and INR 1,544.62 lakh in Q4 FY24, reflecting effective cost management despite the company’s expansion efforts.

Employee Benefits:
Employee benefits expenses rose to INR 418.61 lakh, up 26.8% from INR 330.18 lakh in Q1 FY24, as the company continues to invest in its workforce to support growth.

Depreciation and Finance Costs:
Depreciation and amortization expenses increased to INR 554.66 lakh, while finance costs stood at INR 292.36 lakh, reflecting ongoing investments in infrastructure and financing.
