Financial Results:
The company’s consolidated net profits suffered a decline of 23 percent in the period ended December 2022, standing at INR 32.7 crore, as against INR 42.4 crore recorded in the year-ago period.
Consolidated EBITDA increased by 8% year over year to Rs 116.7 crore. EBITDA margin dropped from 21.5% in the third quarter of last year to 19.6% in the third quarter of this year, a 190-bps decrease. In Q3 FY23, India’s EBITDA increased by 19% year over year.
