It was demerged from Mirza International in 2023. Presenting below are its Q1 FY26 earnings results.

 

Q1 FY26 Earnings Results

  • Revenue: ₹464 crore, an increase of 4.98% year-over-year (YoY) from approx. ₹442 crore in Q1 FY25, reflecting stable top-line performance.

  • Net Profit: ₹39 crore, down from ₹41 crore in the previous quarter (Q4 FY25) and higher than ₹31 crore in Q1 FY25, indicating a mixed performance with profit moderation QoQ but growth YoY.

  • EBITDA (P/L before other income, interest, tax etc.): ₹77 crore, lower than ₹81 crore in Q4 FY25 but improved compared to earlier quarters.

  • Expenses: Expenses stood at ₹424 crore, depicting a rise 5.4% over the same period last year due to an increase in material cost.

  • Interest: ₹16.20 crore, slightly increased versus previous quarters.

  • EPS: Basic and diluted EPS of ₹0.70 for Q1 FY26.

  • EBITDA: ₹81 crore, indicative of higher operational profitability in Q4.

  • Profit margins and operational efficiencies were stronger in Q4 FY25 compared to Q1 FY26, affected by typical quarterly variations.
