Q2 FY26 Earnings Results

Revenue from Operations: ₹400.8 crore, up 11% YoY from ₹360.4 crore in Q2 FY25.

Total Income: ₹426 crore, up 3.7% YoY.

EBITDA: ₹102.4 crore, up 23.4% YoY; EBITDA margin improved to 25.5% versus 23% in Q2 FY25.

Profit Before Tax (PBT): ₹105.3 crore, up 13.8% YoY.

Profit After Tax (PAT): ₹81.7 crore, up 16.2% YoY from ₹70.3 crore.

PAT Margin: 20.4%.

Earnings Per Share (EPS): ₹5.82, up 15.8% YoY.

Subscription Revenue: ₹126 crore, up 20% YoY.

Product/License Revenue: ₹74 crore in Q2 FY26.

New Client Wins: 15 logos added in Q2 FY26.

Geographical Expansion: EMEA region contributed most to revenue, with strong traction in new markets.​

 

Management Commentary & Strategic Directions

  • Chairman Diwakar Nigam reported continued growth momentum in Q2 driven by strong performance in subscription revenues and big breakthroughs in key geographies, especially EMEA.

  • CEO Virender Jeet emphasized deepening relationships in the banking vertical and expansion into insurance policy administration systems (PAS), with a major focus on building AI-first platforms.

Revenue from Operations: ₹321 crore, up 1.9% YoY from ₹315 crore in Q1 FY25.

Total Income: ₹350 crore, up 3.8% YoY.

EBITDA: ₹45.2 crore, margin 14.1%.

Profit Before Tax (PBT): ₹64.11 crore, up 4.3% YoY.

Profit After Tax (PAT): ₹50 crore, up 4.5% YoY from ₹47.6 crore.

PAT Margin: 15.5%.

EPS: ₹3.50, up 6.1% YoY.

Subscription Revenue: ₹121 crore, up 19% YoY.

New Client Wins: 12 logos added in Q1 FY26.

R&D Investment: 9% of Q1 revenue allocated to R&D.​

Q1 management statements stressed resilience amid global uncertainty, and highlighted strong performance in subscription growth and new SaaS launches.
