  • Revenue from Operations: ₹323.31 crore, up 65% YoY from ₹195.42 crore, and up 11.6% QoQ from ₹289.55 crore in Q1 FY26.​

  • EBITDA: ₹87.7 crore, up 94% YoY from ₹45.2 crore; EBITDA margin: 27.12%, improved by nearly 400 basis points YoY due to cost control and improved operating leverage.​

  • Profit Before Tax (PBT): ₹73.20 crore, up 113% YoY from ₹34.3 crore.​

  • Net Profit (PAT): ₹54.88 crore, up 105.5% YoY from ₹26.7 crore, and higher by 13.4% QoQ versus ₹46.9 crore in Q1 FY26.​

  • PAT Margin: 17.0%, expanded by 331 basis points YoY.​

  • Basic EPS: ₹9.18, up from ₹4.48 in Q2 FY25.​

  • H1 FY26 Performance:

    • Total Revenue: ₹612.86 crore, up 86.4% YoY.

    • Net Profit: ₹105.46 crore, up 162% YoY.​

    • H1 EBITDA: ₹166.6 crore, up 131.5% YoY.​

 

Operational & Strategic Highlights

  • Growth Drivers:

    • Enhanced demand for value-added seed-based specialty fats and butters (Shea, Sal, Mango, Kokum).

    • Improved utilization of upgraded fractionation and refining capacities.

    • Better product mix and pricing in food, confectionery, and cosmetics verticals.​

  • Capacity Utilization: Upgraded fractionation units operating near peak levels, with strong export demand supporting scale-up in Africa and Latin America.​

  • Sustainability Focus: Continued progress on sustainable sourcing from forest communities and traceability certifications for international clients.​

  • Expansion Plans: Capacity enhancement from 40,000 MT to 52,000 MT annually by FY27, backed by ₹450-crore capex plan.​

  • Global Operations: Pursuing strategic tie-ups with partners in West Africa and Latin America for supply chain network strengthening.​
