Financial Results:
For the quarter ending on December 31st, Manappuram Finance Ltd reported a consolidated net profit of INR 393.49 crore. Compared to the quarter a year ago which stood at INR 261.01 crore, there was an increase in profit by 51%. However, there was a 4% decrease compared to the previous quarter. A growth of 5% from INR 30,407.13 to INR 31,883.37 crore was observed in the company’s consolidated assets under management (AUM).
The standalone entity’s net profit, which excludes subsidiaries, increased by 23% to reach INR 318.32 crore from INR 259.06 crore in the prior quarter, although it decreased by 9% sequentially. Compared to INR 1,484.45 crore in the year-ago quarter, the company’s Total consolidated operating income for the quarter amounted to INR 1,714.12 crore.
