Company’s Hotels In Pipeline

The management added 538 new rooms to the pipeline during the quarter by signing 9 new management and franchise contracts. As of the end of March 2023, company had 42 hotels totaling 3,300 rooms in the pipeline and 88 hotels totaling 8,400 rooms in our operational inventory. With a total of 2,086 rooms, 32 of these hotels are under the company’s premium Lemon Tree brand. 31 of the 32 hotels in the pipeline are managed or franchised, with the remaining one owned by the company. In addition, the company will open 2, 1, and 4 hotels under the Lemon Tree Premier, Keys Select, and Keys Lite brands, respectively. There will be 285 rooms total across these three brands. However, all of these hotels will be managed or franchised. Finally, Aurika Hotels & Resorts will debut its three newest properties, totaling 911 rooms.
