• EPS: ₹2.28, up from ₹2.13 last year.

• EBITDA Margin: 37.0%, nearly flat YoY.

• PAT Margin: 38.4%, up from 32.5% YoY.

• Board Updates: 38th AGM held in August 2025; all resolutions, including dividend and director appointments, passed.

• Product Portfolio: Includes opal glassware—plates, bowls, dinner sets, tea sets—and crystalware for bar, table, and decorative use.
