For Q1 FY 2023, the Revenue is ₹ 185.6 Crores, increased 11.4% QoQ, up 12.2% YoY. Operating Revenue is ₹ 185.6 Crores, increased 12.2% YoY & 11.4% QoQ. Adjusted Operating EBITDA stood at ₹ 11 Crores. Net loss stood at ₹ 48.3 Crores. Deferred Revenue stood at ₹ 353.4 Crores increased 4.5% QoQ and 15% YoY. Cash and Investments stood at ₹ 3,739.6 Crores.
Total Traffic (Unique Visitors) for the quarter stood at 147.9 million, increased 19.1% YoY and 2.1% QoQ. Mobile platforms have a total traffic of 84.3%. 11.3% of Desktop/ PC and 4.4% on Voice platform.

Merger & Acquisition- Reliance Retail Ventures Limited has taken sole control of Just Dial Limited effective 1st September 2021. It acquired 1.31 crore equity shares of ₹10 each of Just Dial at a price of ₹1,020/- per equity share from the founder VSS Mani. Reliance Retail will now be the promoter of Just Dial post this deal. However V.S.S. Mani the founder of Just Dial will lead the business-to-business (B2B) search engine as its managing director and chief executive officer.
Major Strategies- JD Shopping has launched its business in three major categories. The first and the foremost thing are to onboard the vendors. The key USP will be delivery within next four hours after receiving the pilot order. The company is successfully achieving the target of 98%-99% cases here. For next quarter the company is targeting to broaden product selection across other categories. It will onboard vendors in other cities.
