It was incorporated in the year 16 March 1995. The Parent company is Jubilant Bhartia Group. The subsidiaries include Jubilant FoodWorks Lanka and Jubilant Golden Harvest.

Revenue from operations increased by 12.9% to Rs 11,935 million.

EBITDA increased by 13.9% to Rs 3,174 million.

Profit after Tax grew by 9.8%.

Overall system sales grew 95.9% in Q3FY22.Delivery sales grew 85.6%.

Takeaway sales increased by 119.1%. Opened 1 new store.

Domino’s Bangladesh

Sales increased by 38% in Q3 FY22.Delivery sales grew 82.1%. Opened new store in Bangladesh.

Dunkin’ Network

Open 1 new  store in Q3 FY22. Total store count has become 28.
