JSW Energy Ltd Q3FY25; 32% fall in Profits

JSW Energy Ltd and its subsidiaries are primarily engaged in the business of generation of power from its power assets located at Karnataka, Maharashtra, Nandyal and Salboni. It is the holding company for the JSW group’s power business. The company also has a JV company engaged in mining activities and an associate engaged in manufacturing of turbines.

Financial Results:

JSW Energy Ltd reported Revenues for Q3FY25 of ₹2,439.00 Crores down from ₹2,543.00 Crore year on year, a fall of 4.09%.

Total Expenses for Q3FY25 of ₹2,495.00 Crores up from ₹2,353.00 Crores year on year, a rise of 6.03%.

Consolidated Net Profit of ₹157.00 Crores down 32.33% from ₹232.00 Crores in the same quarter of the previous year.

The Earnings per Share is ₹0.96, down 31.91% from ₹1.41 in the same quarter of the previous year.
