Infographic: Cosmo Posts Robust Q1 results, Management Remains Optimistic

Cosmo First Ltd. (NSE: COSMOFIRST) recently posted its first-quarter fiscal 2023 earnings results. 

For the quarter, on a standalone basis, the company had total sales of ₹803 crores, indicating a rise of 22.1% on a year-over-year basis.  Cosmo First had a net profit of ₹88 crores, which jumped 30.2% on a year-over-year basis. Earnings per share were ₹31.80 compared to ₹24.72 in the same quarter of the prior year.  

EBITDA came in at Rs 143 crore, up 19.2% year-over-year.  

As of March 31, 2022, dividends as a percentage to PAT stood at 20%, while average returns on equity were 19%. Net debt reduced to Rs 303 crore and Capex jumped to Rs 283 crore.
