Cosmo First Ltd. (NSE: COSMOFIRST) posted its second-quarter fiscal 2023 earnings results.
For the quarter, on a standalone basis, the company had total sales of ₹739 crores, indicating a rise of 3.2% on a year-over-year basis. Cosmo First had a net profit of ₹69 crores, which decreased 6.8% on a year-over-year basis. Earnings per share were ₹25.17 compared to ₹27.00 in the same quarter of the prior year.
EBITDA came in at Rs 117 crore, down 8.6% year-over-year.
As of March 31, 2022, dividends as a percentage to PAT stood at 20%, while average returns on equity were 39%. Net debt was reduced to Rs 303 crore and Capex jumped to Rs 283 crore.
