Hemisphere Properties Q2 FY26 Earnings Results

Hemisphere Properties India Ltd, formed as part of the Government of India’s disinvestment of its holding in the erstwhile VSNL (now Tata Communications), reported weaker profitability in Q2FY26.

Financial Highlights:

  • Revenues increased 4.35% year-on-year to ₹0.24 crore from ₹0.23 crore.
  • Total expenses rose 14.39% to ₹4.61 crore from ₹4.03 crore.
  • Consolidated net loss widened to ₹3.62 crore from ₹2.04 crore.
  • Earnings per share declined to -₹0.13 from -₹0.07.

Rising operating costs against a very low revenue base led to a deeper quarterly loss despite the small uptick in income.

Outlook:

Hemisphere Properties India Ltd remains dependent on better monetisation of its land/assets and tighter cost control to move towards profitability.
