Godrej Properties Ltd.‘s total income in Q2FY23 rose 13% to ₹ 327 crores. Consolidated Profit came at ₹ 55 crores showcasing a 54% rise YoY over the corresponding period.
In this quarter’s results, the reports suggested that the firm has observed a rise in profits due to a drastic fall in tax expenses due to huge negative sum of defered taxes.
