In the last quarter, the company reported Total Income for Q4 FY23 of ₹1,838.82 Crore up from ₹1,522.57 Crore year on year, a growth of 20.7%. The consolidated Net Profit of ₹453.87 Crore, up 75.5% from ₹258.65 Crore in the same quarter of the previous year.

According to a top company official, Godrej Properties anticipates a 14% increase in sale bookings this fiscal, to a record Rs 14,000 crore. Pirojsha Godrej, the executive chairman of Godrej, stated in an interview with PTI that the company’s performance in 2022–2023 was excellent in terms of all crucial metrics, including sale bookings, customer cash collections, project completion, and the addition of new land parcels for future developments.
