Indus Towers (NSE: INDUSTOWER) is a telecom tower infrastructure company in India. It was founded in 2007 and is headquartered in Gurgaon. Indus Towers is jointly owned by Bharti Infratel, Vodafone Idea and Providence Equity Partners.

The company’s main business is to own and operate telecom tower infrastructure and lease it to telecom service providers. Indus Towers has a portfolio of more than 1,85,000 telecom towers spread across India, making it one of the largest telecom tower infrastructure providers in the country. For the quarter ended December 31, 2022, Indus Towers reported a consolidated Net Loss of ₹708.2 crore, as compared to Net Profit ₹157.08 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. The company’s consolidated Revenue for the quarter was ₹6,765 crore, as compared to ₹6,927.4 crore for the same quarter in the previous year, marking a YoY decline of 2.3%.

Indus Towers’ Debt-Equity ratio for the quarter stood at 0.30, as compared to 0.27 for the same quarter in the previous year. The company’s Current ratio also increased up to 0.98, as compared to 1.10 for the same quarter in the previous year. The Earnings per Share was ₹2.628 in this quarter.
