Based on analysts’ projections, DLF is expected to report a total revenue of INR 1,817 crore for Q1FY24, showing a significant year-on-year growth of 26%. The estimated Earnings Per Share (EPS) for the quarter is INR 2.66, representing an appreciable year-on-year increase of 40%.

In the preceding quarter, Q4FY23, DLF Limited reported a Total Income of ₹1,575.70 Crore, which showed a decline of 4.6% compared to the previous year’s ₹1,652.13 Crore. However, the Consolidated Net Profit for the same period amounted to ₹569.60 Crore, indicating an impressive 40.1% increase from the previous year’s ₹405.54 Crore. Moreover, the Earnings per Share for Q4FY23 stood at ₹2.30, reflecting a substantial improvement from the ₹1.64 reported in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
