Dixon Technologies, incorporated in 1993, is a leading Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) company operating across consumer electronics, lighting, home appliances, CCTVs, and mobile phones. The company also engages in reverse logistics and manufactures security surveillance equipment, wearables, audibles, and AC-PCBs. Recently, Dixon entered a joint venture with Imagine Marketing Private Limited to design and manufacture wireless audio solutions in India.

Q2 FY26 Earnings Summary (Jul–Sep 2025)

Consolidated Revenue: ₹14,855 crore, up 28.79% year on year from ₹11,534 crore.
Total Expenses: ₹14,428 crore, up 28.68% year on year from ₹11,212 crore.
Consolidated Net Profit: ₹746 crore, an 81.07% rise from ₹412 crore in the same quarter last year.
Earnings Per Share (EPS): ₹110.72, up 69.95% year on year from ₹65.15.

Operational and Business Highlights

The company witnessed robust growth driven by strong demand in the mobile & EMS division, which grew 41% year on year. Home appliances and consumer electronics revenues showed some volatility but remain strategic verticals. Dixon’s integration of new technologies and expansion in IT hardware manufacturing contribute to margin improvement. The company is actively investing in backward integration and aiming for cost-competitiveness comparable to global benchmarks.

Financial Position and Outlook

Dixon maintains a strong balance sheet with growing EBITDA margins, which more than doubled year on year to ₹1,057 crore, reflecting effective cost management and operational leverage.
