Digitide Q3 revenue rises on tech-led demand as deal wins lift growth outlook

Digitide Solutions Limited (NSE:DIGITIDE), a global technology-enabled business services company focused on AI-led digital transformation and business process management, reported revenue of 7.80 billion rupees ($94 million) for the quarter ended December 2025, up 6.5% from a year earlier and 2.1% sequentially, marking its fourth consecutive quarter of revenue growth despite a challenging macroeconomic environment.

Key Financial Highlights – Q3FY26

  • Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) increased to 880 million rupees, up 2.8% from the previous quarter, with margins improving slightly to 11.2%.
  • Adjusted profit after tax rose 42.5% quarter-on-quarter to 240 million rupees, excluding exceptional items of 259 million rupees largely related to labour code changes and leave encashment.
  • The working capital cycle improved, with days sales outstanding falling to 79 days from 82 days in the prior quarter, lifting the company’s net cash position to 1.25 billion rupees from 1.13 billion rupees.

Segment Performance

  • The Tech & Digital (T&D) segment was the main growth driver, with revenue rising 18.6% year-on-year and 3.1% quarter-on-quarter to 2.36 billion rupees, increasing its contribution to 30.2% of total revenue.
  • The larger Business Process Management (BPM) segment grew more modestly, up 2.0% year-on-year and 1.7% sequentially to 5.45 billion rupees, accounting for 69.8% of revenue.
  • International revenue climbed 10.5% year-on-year and 2.6% sequentially to 2.92 billion rupees. Its share of total revenue increased to 37.4% from 37.2% in the previous quarter, indicating gradual diversification beyond the domestic market.

  • Order momentum and client additions strengthen pipeline
  • Total contract value (TCV) bookings surged 20% quarter-on-quarter to a record 6.62 billion rupees, while the company added 34 new key client logos during the period.
  • Management said the sharp rise in deal wins reflects growing demand for AI-led digital transformation across industries.
  • Digitide also handled 3.6 million automated customer interactions in the quarter, including 1.6 million via voice bots and 2 million through AI agents, underscoring rising adoption of automation-led delivery.
  • More than 6,000 employees were upskilled through its internal AI learning programmes and partner ecosystem.

Other Major Developments

During the quarter the company became a Google Cloud Platform service partner and a Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider for Data and AI, complementing existing partnerships across AWS, Azure and Google Cloud. Management said the hyperscaler-led pipeline continues to expand, enabling multi-cloud AI and analytics solutions for clients.

Executives said the quarter demonstrated resilience in a complex macroeconomic backdrop, with sequential growth, margin stability and improved cash generation. They highlighted strong sales momentum and a robust order book as key supports for near-term performance.
