Bharat Petroleum reported a total revenue of INR 1,12,985 crore for Q1FY24, showing a year-on-year negative growth of 6.6%. The estimated Earnings Per Share (EPS) for the quarter is INR 49.07, representing an appreciable year-on-year increase of 276%.

In the preceding quarter, Q4 FY23, Bharat Petroleum recorded a Total Income of ₹1,33,902 Crore, showing an 8% increase compared to the previous year’s ₹1,24,026 Crore. Total Expenses rose to ₹1,24,909 Crore, up 4% from ₹1,19,691 Crore. The Consolidated Net Profit surged significantly to ₹6,870 Crore, marking a 168% growth from the previous year’s profit of ₹2,559 Crore. Consequently, the Earnings per Share also rose substantially to ₹32.26, up 168% from ₹12.02 in the same quarter of the previous year.
