- Bajaj Holdings and Investments Limited Consolidated profit after tax increased by 24% to Rs 1,286 crore compared to Q3FY22 (Rs 1,040 crore). Standalone profit after tax remained unchanged at Rs 49 crore compared to Q3FY22. 9MFY23 consolidated profit after tax increased by 19% to Rs 3,498 crore compared to 9MFY22 (Rs 2,950 crore). 9MFY23 standalone profit after tax increased by 5% to Rs 1,666 crore compared to 9MFY22 (Rs 1,584 crore). Bajaj Auto’s standalone EBITDA was the highest ever in Q3FY23, surpassing the previous quarter’s record. BFS’ consolidated profit after tax increased by 42% to a record high of Rs 1,782 crore in Q3FY23 (Rs 1,256 crore in Q3FY22). Maharashtra Scooters profit after tax decreased to Rs 3.01 crore in Q3FY23 compared to Q3FY22 (Rs 3.30 crore). The strong performance of BFL and other subsidiaries led to the increase in BHIL’s consolidated profit after tax.
