Bajaj Finance (NSE: BJFN) reported its Second-quarter results for 2022 today.
The company reported a net profit of ₹1,480.99 crores a rise of 53.48% compared to ₹964.44 crores in the same quarter of the previous year.
Net interest income (NII) for the quarter was up by 28% to ₹5,335 crores compared to ₹4,162 crores in the previous year.
Bajaj Finance mentioned that its gross NPA stood at 2.45% at the end of the September quarter compared with 2.96% at the end of the June quarter.
The NBFC’s assets under management (AUM) increased by 22% YoY to ₹1,66,937 crore from ₹1,37,090 crore in the same quarter last fiscal. The core AUM growth for the quarter was approximately Rs 11,150 crore.
