Bajaj Auto Ltd Q4FY25; 10% fall in Profits

Bajaj Auto, the flagship company of Bajaj Group, is a two-wheeler and three-wheeler manufacturing company that exports to 79 countries across several countries in Latin America, Southeast Asia, and many more. Its headquarter is in Pune, India.
It has acquired 48% of the KTM Brand which manufactures sports and super sports two-wheelers, which was 14% in 2007 when the company first acquired KTM.

Financial Results:

Bajaj Auto Ltd reported Revenues for Q4FY25 of ₹12,646.00 Crores up from ₹11,555.00 Crore year on year, a rise of 9.44%.

Total Expenses for Q4FY25 of ₹10,555.00 Crores up from ₹9,394.00 Crores year on year, a rise of 12.36%.

Consolidated Net Profit of ₹1,802.00 Crores down 10.39% from ₹2,011.00 Crores in the same quarter of the previous year.

The Earnings per Share is ₹64.52, down 10.45% from ₹72.05 in the same quarter of the previous year.
