It is primarily engaged in the development and construction of IT parks, hospitality projects, SEZs, office complexes, shopping malls and residential projects in the State of Delhi, Haryana, Andhra Pradesh, Rajasthan and NCR.
The Company has successfully developed more than 20 msf of real estate projects in the Housing, Commercial, IT Parks, Shopping Malls, Hospitality, Residential and Affordable Housing sub-segments.

Anant Raj Ltd reported Revenues for Q2FY25 of ₹513.00 Crores up from ₹332.00 Crore year on year, a rise of 54.52%.
Total Expenses for Q2FY25 of ₹410.00 Crores up from ₹264.00 Crores year on year, a rise of 55.3%.
Consolidated Net Profit of ₹106.00 Crores up 76.67% from ₹60.00 Crores in the same quarter of the previous year.
The Earnings per Share is ₹3.09, up 67.03% from ₹1.85 in the same quarter of the previous year.
