Q2 FY26 Earnings Results

  • Consolidated Revenue: ₹1,511 crore, up 19% YoY from ₹1,306.32 crore but down 4.6% QoQ from ₹1,616.74 crore in Q1 FY26.​​

  • Profit Before Tax (PBT): ₹232.52 crore, up 69% YoY from ₹137.69 crore and 15% QoQ from ₹201.55 crore.​

  • Profit After Tax (PAT): ₹172.11 crore, up 68% YoY from ₹102.67 crore and 14% QoQ from ₹150.58 crore.​

  • EBITDA: ₹257 crore, up 63% YoY from ₹158 crore with EBITDA margin expanding to 16.6% from 12.1% YoY.​

  • Export revenue surged ~74% YoY to ₹438 crore, driven by strong demand from Middle East, Europe, and Africa, contributing significantly to top-line growth.​

  • Gross profit margin improved to 29.2% from 23.7% YoY, supported by a 11% decline in average basmati cost of goods sold.​

  • Earnings Per Share (EPS): ₹7.52, increased from ₹4.49 in Q2 FY25.​

  • Management highlighted strong traction in both branded and private label exports, with operational discipline sustaining margin expansion.​​

  • The company is focused on leveraging established global distribution and branding to sustain international growth momentum, particularly across key markets like Europe and Middle East.​

  • Domestic revenue excluding power division grew 6% YoY to ₹1,039 crore driven by urban and premium product demand.​

Q1 FY26 Earnings Results

  • Net Revenue: ₹1,616.74 crore, up 32.4% YoY from ₹1,220.91 crore in Q1 FY25 and 21.8% QoQ from ₹1,327.02 crore in Q4 FY25.​

  • EBITDA: ₹225 crore, up 62.5% YoY; EBITDA margin increased to 13.9% from 11.4%.​

  • PAT: ₹150.58 crore, up 74% YoY indicating strong profit growth.​

  • Export revenue grew 98% YoY, reinforcing export market strength.​

  • Earnings per share: ₹6.58, up from ₹3.78 YoY
