Before we discuss our business in the second quarter, I'd like to take a second to acknowledge really how proud I am to be part of such a talented, resilient, and innovative organization. We have all been living in really unprecedented time period that poses numerous challenges to us as individuals, as families, professionally, and as a society. I am impressed beyond words with how we have navigated through these realities to become a better and stronger organization. In so many respects, there is still so much left to do.
