Thanks, Jerry. Good morning, and thank you for joining us for the GMS conference call for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2020. I'm joined today by John Turner, President and Chief Executive Officer; and Scott Deakin, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Thank you, Leslie. Good morning, and thank you for joining us today. I'd like to begin by saying that we hope all of you joining the call, your families and colleagues are safe as well. My opening remarks will include a review of our operating highlights, including actions we have taken in response to the impacts of the current pandemic and then, I'll turn it over to Scott, who will cover our financial results and provide an update on sales trends. I'll then share some closing thoughts before taking your questions.
